Where this role fits in
The Brand Partnerships team sits within REA Group’s customer-facing environment, working closely with Sales, Content and Product teams to bring brand campaigns to life. Brand Partnerships acts as the link between external partners and internal stakeholders, helping turn commercial opportunities into creative, well-executed campaigns that deliver value for clients, audiences and the business.
We work with some of the biggest brands and advertising agencies in Australia to promote their products and services through creative branded content and bespoke initiatives that engage our property-savvy audience.
The Campaign Executive supports the day-to-day execution of campaigns, helping manage timelines, assets, approvals and reporting. This role will primarily support our branded content pipeline across native editorial, video, social, podcasts and more!
What you’ll be doing
As a key member of our Brand Partnerships team, the Campaign Executive works closely with our Media & New Homes Sales teams to deliver market-leading branded content campaigns for some of Australia’s biggest brands and agencies.
While no two days are ever the same, you can expect to be:
Running the day-to-day priorities of the team with a daily to do list and meticulous updating of our trackers – helping our editors and video team deliver on time
Content Campaign Project Management from start to finish – client communications, generating timelines, setting-up jobs, managing feedback, assets, delivery and reporting
Relationship Management - build and maintain strong internal and client working relationships
Pitching and crafting presentations to our clients alongside Sales, Brand Partnerships Lead and Native Content Editor.
Social campaign management from setting up through to optimising and reporting
Internal Amplification Management
Data analyst and reporting
Co-ordinate team meetings taking meeting notes with clear action points
Assisting our Video and Podcast strategy when necessary
Assisting with production budgets and reporting costs to Video & Creative Manager. Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, invoicing and receipting
Who we’re looking for…
3+ years experience proven track record in a campaign management role or similar ideally in media (print or digital), content, agency, production or creative company
Organisational expert someone that can ‘own’ our tracker and keep the team up-to-date with shifting timelines and client feedback
Comfortable working to deadlines while providing exceptional comms to the team and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating client comms and dealing with suppliers/freelancers
Knowledge of digital video production and editorial content a bonus
