About the Workshop

About the Role
This is a dynamic hands-on position with workshop-based mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose and repair faults in vehicles, using your technical expertise and
the latest diagnostic equipment
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including
servicing, replacing parts and assist with general workshop duties as
required
- Test and inspect vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance
standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative and team orientated culture within the
workshop
- Deliver exceptional customer service and advice to clients as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment while ensuring
the proper use of tools and specialised equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics
- Hands-on mechanical experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify
and resolve complex issues
- Current driver's license (essential)
- Experience with European vehicles highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical information
to customers and team members
- Reliable, punctual, conscientious, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic
- Willing to work with more learning skills
