THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-driven and organised Administration & Rostering Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role — 3 days in our Adelaide office and 2 days from home — offering real flexibility in a meaningful, purpose-driven environment.You will be the operational backbone of our service delivery, managing staff rosters, maintaining participant and worker records, and keeping our day-to-day administration running smoothly.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Rostering & Scheduling:Build and manage staff rosters across all shift types — morning, afternoon, evening and weekendsCoordinate last-minute cover and ensure no participant goes without supportMatch support workers to participants based on skills, location and compatibilityMonitor hours to ensure SCHADS Award complianceAdministration:Maintain accurate records in our care management systemAssist with onboarding new support workers — compliance, documentation and inductionsProcess timesheets and liaise with payrollRespond to enquiries from participants, families and staff professionally and promptlySupport management with NDIS compliance reporting and auditsAssist with participant service agreements and scheduling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in rostering, scheduling or administration (disability, aged care or community services preferred)Knowledge of the NDIS and SCHADS Award (highly regarded)Experience with rostering or care management software such as Deputy, ShiftCare or HumanForceStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesWarm, clear communicator with staff, participants and familiesCalm under pressure and a natural problem-solverGenuine passion for the disability support sector
