About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career within the automotive refinishing industry. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and gain valuable hands-on experience repairing and refinishing prestige vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle preparation, masking, sanding, and priming.
- Support Spray Painters with day-to-day workshop tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the paint shop.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and workshop processes.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Work safely and efficiently within a team environment.
Skills & Experience
- 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Apprentice Spray Painter, or experienced Paint Labourer.
- Genuine interest in automotive refinishing and prestige vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
