About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to support our Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist in delivering client-focused interventions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference and interested in working within a multidisciplinary NDIS setting. You will work directly with NDIS participants to help build skills, promote independence, and improve daily functioning.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting in implementing therapy programs under the direction of qualified clinicians
- Supporting clients with daily activities, therapy exercises, and skill development
- Preparing therapy materials and documenting client progress
- Providing support in home, school, and community environments
- Support participants to work towards their therapy and NDIS goals
- Deliver therapy support in home, school, or community settings
- Maintain clear and accurate session notes and reports
- Communicate effectively with therapists, participants, and families
- Follow NDIS practice standards and company policies

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or currently studying OT, SP, or similar)
- Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A genuine passion for helping others and supporting people with disabilities
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
Desirable
- Experience working with children and/or people with disabilities
- Experience supporting Speech Therapy or Occupational Therapy programs
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework

Licence/Certification:
