Are you equal parts analytical thinker and organisational wizard? Do you love turning data into insights, solving complex problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you get a strange amount of satisfaction from a well-built spreadsheet and a perfectly executed plan?
We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with at least two years of experience in supply chain, production or product development to help optimise and support the global supply chain that brings Sage x Clare collections to life.
This role sits at the heart of our Design + Production team and plays an important part in ensuring our products move seamlessly from concept to customer. You'll work across supplier management, production planning, inventory, logistics and reporting, helping us make informed decisions, improve efficiencies and keep everything running on track.
You'll be the person who spots potential issues before they become problems. Whether it's identifying supply chain risks, analysing production timelines, monitoring supplier performance or finding opportunities to improve costs and efficiencies, you'll use your analytical mindset to support better business outcomes.
Working closely with our suppliers, freight partners and internal teams, you'll help coordinate the flow of information across the product lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, clear communication and smooth delivery from sampling through to bulk production and arrival into our warehouse.
We know you'll thrive in this role if you're highly organised, naturally curious and love getting into the detail. You're confident working with data, enjoy identifying trends and can translate information into practical recommendations. You can juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and stay calm when plans inevitably need to change.
You're also someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You'll work closely with Design, Production, Warehouse and Accounts, building strong relationships with both internal teams and global suppliers to help bring our collections to life.
Collaboration's in your DNA and you're always willing to roll up your sleeves and help where needed. Whether it's problem-solving a production challenge, reviewing inventory data, coordinating logistics or supporting operational needs during busy periods, you're ready to jump in.
Ready to play a key role in bringing our colourful, joy-filled collections from idea to reality? We'd love to hear from you.
