Credit Repair Australia is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Credit Repair team, who will embody our company values and ensure exceptional service each time. This is your opportunity to make a difference in a market-leading company, helping people achieve their financial goals.

We regularly help clients with formal and informal debt solutions and, in some cases, get it completely waived. Other clients use our services to purchase the car or home of their dreams, they would never have been able to do that without our help.
What will you be doing?
You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients and be part of a team that makes a difference. Key responsibilities include:
Inbound and outbound customer service calls
Responding to enquiries online
Qualifying potential new clients by asking a number of screening questions and input data into our CRM to accurately record the client's details
Booking appointments for new clients
Answering reception calls and directing them to relevant team members or departments
Who do we want?
There's a certain type of person who will be successful in this role:
Previous call centre or reception and customer service experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail when entering data
A genuine passion for helping others and providing a superior customer experience
Strong computer skills
Commitment, flexibility, and reliability
What are the hours?
Credit Repair Australia operates between 8am - 8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 7pm on Fridays. This is an ongoing casual position with minimum of 22 hours or more per week and availability for weekday shifts until 8pm.
The hours will be from 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm, 11am - 7pm and 12pm - 8pm . Ideally, we would like someone that is available most weekdays and can do the afternoon/evenings shifts. There is no weekend work.
