As we continue to scale, we're looking for a motivated Sales Manager or Team Leader to drive performance, coach sales professionals, and help build a high-performance sales culture.
This role is ideal for:
- An experienced Sales Manager looking for their next challenge.
- A high-performing Solar Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership.
- A Team Leader with a proven track record of developing and motivating salespeople.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Building, Leading and coaching a team of sales consultants and appointment setters.
- Driving daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
- Conducting sales training, call reviews and one-on-one coaching.
- Monitoring KPIs and accountability across the sales team.
- Improving conversion rates and sales processes.
- Working closely with marketing and operations to optimise customer outcomes.
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing top sales talent.
- Building a performance-driven culture focused on results.
What Success Looks Like
- Team revenue targets consistently achieved.
- Sales conversion rates improving month-on-month.
- Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management.
- High levels of accountability and activity across the team.
- Positive customer outcomes and strong team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales leadership, team management or sales coaching.
- Strong understanding of KPI management and accountability.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and develop people.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in solar, energy, finance, real estate, automotive or other high-performance sales environments highly regarded.
- A hands-on leader who leads from the front.
