Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day scheduling for a defined portfolio aligned to our national team structure.
- Strategically match Support Workers with Clients based on skills, suitability, preferences, availability, and individual needs.
- Liaise closely with Client Experience Managers to ensure strong understanding of client-specific requirements and support needs.
- Collaborate with fellow Schedulers to ensure seamless coverage across operating hours between 6am and 8pm.
- Respond to calls, tickets, and emails with speed, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Optimise workforce allocation to maximise efficiency and service continuity.
- Identify workforce gaps, analyse trends, and implement proactive scheduling solutions.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex rostering challenges, providing guidance and resolution strategies.
- Maintain accurate shift records in Salesforce (experience preferred but not essential).
- Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award and industry regulations while balancing operational needs.
- Participate in a rotating roster with clear classification and scheduling processes in place.
About You
- You are an experienced Scheduler with a proven track record in rostering or workforce coordination within a high-volume environment.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-impact, and sometimes challenging environments.
- Supercharged attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering (Disability, Health, or related industries preferred).
- Great customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Confidence using systems such as Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think proactively and strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check (Employee).
