About Us
InOne Allied Health is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider servicing aged care residents and NDIS participants across Victoria. We pride ourselves on delivering culturally responsive, person-centred therapy to clients from a broad range of multicultural backgrounds in both clinic and community settings.
We are currently seeking experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team as a subcontractor.
About the Role
As a Subcontractor Speech Pathologist with InOne, you will provide assessment and intervention services to aged care residents and NDIS community participants across Victoria. You will have the flexibility to choose between clinic-based and community/home visit work, and tailor your caseload to your skills, interests, and availability.

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:

Comprehensive speech, language, swallowing and communication assessments for aged care and NDIS participants
- Evidence-based intervention planning and delivery
- Working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team across OT, physio, dietetics and podiatry
- Reporting and documentation supported by our admin team
About You

Current registration as a Speech Pathology Australia Membership (SPA)
- ABN holder (or willing to register one)
- Minimum 1-2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
- Experience working in aged care, NDIS or community settings highly regarded
- Confident working with clients from multicultural backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transport and a current Victorian driver's licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
