SHY Rehab is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services across Queensland. We provide community and clinic-based services to children and adults under the NDIS, aged care, and private sectors.

About the Role
This position offers a diverse caseload across both community and clinic settings, working with participants across the lifespan.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing comprehensive assessments.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans.
- Delivering person-centred therapy services in participants' homes, schools, workplaces, supported accommodation and clinic settings.
- Preparing high-quality clinical documentation and reports.
- Working collaboratively with families, support coordinators, support workers and other allied health professionals.
- Participating in multidisciplinary case discussions and ongoing professional development.
- Managing an independent caseload while receiving clinical support and supervision.
Opportunities are available to support clients across metropolitan and regional Queensland, including outreach services to rural communities.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Behaviour Support, Exercise Physiology or another relevant allied health discipline.
- Current Australian registration (where applicable) or eligibility for registration.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A commitment to evidence-based and person-centred practice.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel for community-based appointments.
