About the Job:
- Create unforgettable experiences for guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service.
- Ensure professionalism during arrival and departure
- Accurately record and pass on messages
- Ensure Guest Experience is a priority on all occasions
- Delivering Bags to guest rooms
- Correctly tag bags to correct guests rooms and information
- Greeting guests upon arrival
- Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
