About the Role
UGG EXPRESS is one of Australia's leading sheepskin and footwear retailers, offering a wide range of UGG boots, footwear, accessories and sheepskin products.
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team and provide a great shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, styles and sizes.
- Develop good product knowledge and assist customers with their purchase decisions.
- Process sales, returns and exchanges using the POS system.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.
- Assist with stock replenishment, stock counts and general store operations.
- Support the team in achieving store sales and service goals.
About You

Friendly, confident and customer-focused.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive and reliable.
- Interested in retail, fashion or footwear.
- Able to work independently after training.
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
