Overview
Join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) as a Senior Administration Officer – Finance and Corporate, and become a valued partner to executive leaders driving change in regional healthcare.
In this dynamic you'll provide executive-level support to the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Corporate Services. From managing high-level schedules and preparing committee papers to streamlining processes and supporting strategic projects, you'll gain valuable insight into corporate and finance operations in health.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive diaries, meetings, travel and correspondence
Maintain accurate records using Objective and SharePoint
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Assist in projects, reporting and systems improvement
Coordinate bookings, support committees and liaise with stakeholders

Conditions of Employment
- A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position.
