As a Program Coordinator of our eHealth Critical Infrastructure Refresh Program at eHealth NSW, you will be responsible to support the delivery of complex, multi stream Microsoft 365 technology initiatives within a fast paced program environment.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate day to day activities across project streams, ensuring alignment to schedules, milestones, and delivery priorities.
- Support program governance and reporting, including preparation of SteerCo packs, status updates, and tracking of key decisions and actions.
- Manage and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, following up with teams to maintain delivery progress.
- Coordinate technical change control activities, including raising and managing change requests in ServiceNow and supporting CAB processes.
- Maintain core project artefacts (e.g. project schedules, RAID logs, governance documentation) and support planning and coordination of key delivery phases

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Possess a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK, demonstrating foundational knowledge in structured delivery, governance, and best practice methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of technology or infrastructure projects in a complex environment. (preferably EUC / M365 projects)
- Demonstrated experience in project governance and reporting, including preparation of status reports, dashboards, and meeting packs; change control processes through tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
