Expression of Interest – Join Our Growing Home Care Team
We are a new and exciting home care provider preparing to commence services shortly on the central coast and Lake Macquarie region and are seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate and dedicated healthcare professionals who would like to join our team.
As we await the finalisation of our registrations, we are building a workforce ready to support our clients from day one. We are currently seeking:
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Aged Care Workers
- Support Workers
Essential Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or National Police Check
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification (support workers and care staff)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently within the community
Desirable Experience
The following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
- Manual Handling experience
- Personal Care experience
- Community care or in-home support experience
- Experience supporting older persons and people living with disabilities
- Medication assistance experience (where applicable)
- Ability to manage a flexible workload and work autonomously
