POSITION
Full Time Warehouse All-Rounder

Location: Pakenham, Victoria

Hours: 38 per week

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
-
Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Early knock-off!)
ROLE
General Warehouse Duties
-
Operate Machinery safely
-
Follow all company policies (Quality, Safety, Environment, Info Security)
-
Keep the warehouse clean and organised
-
Pitch in with other tasks as needed
Sortation
-
Unload goods from vehicles using proper lifting techniques
-
Unpack, sort, and store items in the right locations
-
Breaking down transfer pallets which will include (lifting boxes/stacking and wrapping pallets)
Recycling
-
Disassemble electronic and telecom equipment for recycling
-
Sort and store parts using hand and cordless tools
Inwards Goods
-
Inspect and scan incoming goods (BIPA Booking in Putting Away process)

Work in an ESD-sensitive environment
-
Use Excel to upload data and label items for storage
Dispatch

Pick and cross-check orders
-
Communicate with internal teams to ensure accuracy
-
Clean, package, and label items for dispatch
-
Enter dispatch data accurately into the system
-
Ensure delivery/pickup deadlines are met
Requirements
-
Forklift license with high reach experience (preferred)
-
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
-
Physically fit - able to load/unload containers
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Detail-oriented and accurate
-
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
