The Role
You’ll initially join us in an Administration & Customer Service role, where you’ll receive full training in:
- Customer service and client enquiries
- Ticket and job management
- Administration and data entry
- Coordinating service requests and repairs
- Communicating with customers and internal teams
As you gain experience and demonstrate your skills, there will be opportunities to progress into Technical Support and Repair roles.
Career Progression
We believe in developing our people from within.
For the right person, this role can provide a pathway from Administration & Customer Service → Technical Support → Technician → Engineer.
Once you achieve Technician status, further training and development may be available, including manufacturer certifications with major industry brands.
As our business continues to grow, high-performing team members will also have opportunities to progress into Senior, Supervisory and Management positions.
