About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Operations Lead to join our team in Alice Springs.
This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, sales support, administration, freight coordination and relationship management. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to play an important role in a growing local business.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will help ensure orders, enquiries and customer requests are handled accurately, professionally and efficiently.
While this role includes day-to-day operational responsibilities, it also offers the opportunity to help strengthen and grow our customer sales function over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate follow-through
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Coordinate freight and delivery requirements with customers and freight providers
- Support walk-in customers and maintain a professional front office environment
- Work closely with warehouse, purchasing and administration teams
- Help improve customer communication, processes and service standards
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and account growth
- Assist in developing and improving sales and customer service processes
About You

Experience in wholesale distribution, customer service, sales administration, retail, logistics or foodservice would be highly regarded, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Eligibility
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia. This role is not available for visa sponsorship.
Pay: $68,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
