What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving customers with friendly and genuine hospitality
- Taking orders and handling POS transactions
- Preparing fresh rolls and food products to Roll’d standards
- Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Supporting the team during busy lunch services
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and ready for service
- Delivering a fast, positive, and memorable customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly personality with confidence talking to customers
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but training will be provided
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends
