Introduction:
Operations Support Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to our Head of Operations and wider team. This varied role involves coordinating travel and logistics, preparing reports, managing communications and documentation, supporting meetings and events, and assisting with key operational processes. You will also play an important role in supporting new centre start-ups and ensuring operational priorities are delivered efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a professional approach to handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time maternity contract opportunity commencing in July 2026 with an end date of March 2027. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will have daily exposure to senior leadership and have the opportunity to build your administrative expertise at an executive level.

About the Role
The Operations Support Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Head of Operations and wider Operations team, with responsibilities including:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Operations and team
- Consolidating data and preparing reports to support operational decision-making
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics for all team members across the organisation
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions through to completion
- Supporting the organisation of meetings, conferences, and internal events (including set up and delivery)
- Managing key administrative processes such as expenditure requests for open centres
- Supporting internal communications, documentation, and procedure development
- Managing inbox coordination and correspondence on behalf of the Head of Operations
- Reviewing and distributing reports and information across the Operations team
In addition, the role supports broader operational functions including:
- Supporting new centre start-ups, including coordination of start-up requirements, and ensuring readiness in line with opening timelines
- Working collaboratively across teams to ensure operational priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively
This role requires a high level of organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
