About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker preferably m a l e to provide personal care and community participation support to a 16-year-old male with Autism in Tarneit. This role requires someone who is patient, energetic, and committed to making a positive impact on the participant's development.
Key Responsibilities
- Able to provide both in-home and community-based support
- Build a nurturing and trusting relationship with the participant
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and transportation as required.

CA - Community Access
Requirements:
- Experience working with participants with Autism Level 3 (deal-breaker).
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable car (deal-breaker).
- Demonstrated experience in Positive Behaviour Support
- Physically fit to meet care needs.
- Friendly, patient, and reliable personality with a passion for supporting children.
- Able to commit long-term
- Gentle and respectful in their approach
- Experienced, mature, and able to communicate clearly in English
- Able to provide both in-home and community-based support
