The Tubie Fun team is looking for a new team member to join our production team in Capalaba.
This hands-on role involves operating industrial embroidery machines, cutting fabrics, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and helping maintain an organised and efficient workspace.
Adding to the variety of the role is the Pick. Post & Post side of the business in which you will get to make sure that our lovely customers receive their orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial embroidery machines
- Cut fabrics and materials according to templates
- Use industrial sewing related equipment to assemble product components
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet Tubie Fun standards
- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required
- Assist with production tasks as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace
Workplace Health & Safety

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace health and safety at all times
- Follow all safe work procedures, policies and instructions when operating machinery and equipment
- Use machinery, tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free work area
- Report hazards, incidents, near misses, damaged equipment or unsafe practices immediately
- Contribute to a positive safety culture by looking after your own safety and the safety of others
Experience
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or operating industrial machines would be an advantage; however, training will be provided to the right person.

Note: Pay listed is the trainee rate for the six months and dependant on experience.
Pay: From $25.43 per hour
