We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our high performing QLD Logistics & Industrial team. This is a great opportunity for a property focused individual who is looking for a career in a market leading professional real estate services firm. In this busy role, you will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the team, which works closely with internal and external clients.
What You'll Do:
Maintain all data input for the QLD Industrial team
Create and maintain all property listings
Assist with collating marketing material
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports
Overall responsibility of top-quality pitch documents
Source, collect and collate sales evidence as is and preparation of detailed Sales Analyses
Create relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
What we’re looking for:
Strong interest in the commercial property industry, with goals of becoming a sales and leasing agent
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Previous property experience will be highly regarded
Willingness to learn with a 'can-do' attitude in your approach to taking on responsibilities
Well-presented and well-spoken with the ability to easily build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Superior communication, time management and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Property, Economics, Finance or related field (preferred but not required)
