What you'll be doing
As an Anaesthetic Registered Nurse, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Working collaboratively with anaesthetists, surgeons and the broader healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, effective and compassionate patient care throughout the perioperative journey.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with professional standards and best practice
Deliver safe, timely and culturally responsive care to patients with diverse health needs
Monitor and document patient care, progress and clinical outcomes accurately
Support the education and development of nurses, students and other clinical staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive, team-focused workplace culture
