Position SummaryThe Director of Academics provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure that Yr 7 - 12 academic programs are contemporary, compliant, data-informed, and aligned with the School’s commitment to educational excellence, character development, and the holistic development of each Glennie girl. A member of the Senior Leadership Team, this position leads the Heads of Department, Learning Support, Careers and VET, to strengthen the systems that support high-quality teaching and learning within a Culture of Thinking, and a School environment that espouses All She Can Be.
Reporting to the Principal, this is a full-time, individual employment 5-year contract position which includes a teaching responsibility equivalent to approximately one class. The successful applicant will commence at the start of the 2027 academic year.
