We are looking for a project coordinator to be the main customer contact for all inquiries in relation to our field projects and services activities. The successful candidate will drive each activity to successful completion and navigate customer satisfaction to deliver acceptable outcomes. - Manage end to end customer projects – from inquiry to resolution
- Manage network of service partners across the country
- Maintain and monitor work plans and schedules
- Act as key customer point of contact and provide regular updates
- Provide regular activity data and required documentation
- Assess and analyse risk, opportunities, and issues and provide solutions
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Maintain highest level of data accuracy with attention to details
- At least 2 years of experience in a project, sales or product coordination
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- Proficiency in an enterprise CRM software such as SAP and Salesforce highly desired
