EOI - Senior Advisor, Change- Project Management (Operational Excellence)

We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as Senior Advisor, Change (Project Management) in the Operational Excellence team.
Key responsibilities
You will progress projects and deliver tasks including:
- Lead full-cycle change, business, operational, and workforce readiness strategies
- Deliver operational design and management plans, process maps, procedures and other operational/business resources
- Deliver change management and adoption plans, impact assessments, capability uplift activities, training, and transition support
- Manage project activities and stakeholders, including the facilitation of working groups, workshops, engagement activities, and broader project management
- Prepare readiness artefacts, materials, tools, and presentations, as well as other governance and reporting works
- Coordinate feedback loops, stakeholder messaging, and cross-functional programming
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in operational/organisational design, change management, and/or project management
- Other experience or knowledge, such as training and process mapping, would be highly regarded but not necessary
- Ability to management and engage stakeholders in a complex delivery environment to negotiate and influence outcomes
- A good understanding of basic project management principles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
- Great facilitation and stakeholder communication skills

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $133348 base plus superannuation
