At Bild Landscapes, we don’t just build projects, we bring creative designs to life. From large-scale landscape transformations to intricate playground construction, our work shapes communities and leaves a lasting impact. The role will report directly to the Construction Manager and be based in the Campbellfield office. This is your chance to lead exciting greenfield projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results while working with a supportive and innovative team.
How You’ll Make a Difference:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and client communication
- Develop and track project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and clients
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a high-performance culture
What You’ll Bring:
- Ceft IV. or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Desire to transition into a Landscape Project Management role
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project planning, timelines and budgets
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
