LeWrap is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / 2IC to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will support daily operations, lead team members, maintain exceptional customer service standards, and assist in driving store performance across multiple locations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily restaurant operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Train, motivate and support team members
- Manage shift operations and team performance
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Work across multiple Sydney locations as required
