We are seeking a Procurement & Inventory Lead to drive supplier strategy, sourcing excellence and inventory performance across the business.

About the Role
As Procurement & Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement, sourcing and supplier strategies that deliver value, improve performance and strengthen supply chain capability.
You will lead supplier engagement, contract management and inventory governance while partnering closely with operational stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance and cost optimisation objectives are achieved.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and offers the opportunity to influence business performance across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supplier, sourcing and procurement strategies
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management and performance reviews
- Build strong supplier partnerships and improve service outcomes
- Identify and deliver cost savings while balancing quality and risk
- Lead procurement governance, compliance and supplier frameworks
- Oversee inventory strategy, forecasting and critical spares management
- Manage parts pricing, quality performance and obsolescence risks

About You:
You're a procurement leader who:
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline
- Has extensive experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain leadership
- Has proven success negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
- Brings strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Can influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across all levels of the business
- Understands inventory management, forecasting and supply chain optimisation
- Has strong analytical and business case development skills
- Thrives in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement
