In this role, you'll:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to support the successful delivery of a large cyber capability uplift program. This role focuses on planning, prioritisation, governance, reporting, and risk management to ensure cyber initiatives are aligned, well managed, and delivering the expected outcomes.
You will work closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and stakeholders to coordinate program planning, manage priorities and dependencies, track risks and issues, and provide clear visibility of progress across multiple initiatives.
Working alongside the Senior Manager responsible for project delivery, you will help improve ways of working, support governance processes, and ensure teams have the information they need to make informed decisions. You will prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
You will also engage with stakeholders across the organisation, support demand and portfolio planning activities, and help ensure cyber initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.

About you
You're an experienced leader with a strong background in program or portfolio management, planning, governance, risk management, and agile delivery. You have experience working across complex programs and are comfortable coordinating multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and can present complex information in a clear and meaningful way. You are experienced in preparing executive reports, analysing performance data, managing risks, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Experience in cyber security, technology transformation, critical infrastructure, or government environments will be highly regarded. Qualifications or experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK, and knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0, or Essential Eight, will be advantageous.
A collaborative approach, strong organisational skills, and a passion for improving cyber resilience will help you succeed in this role.
