THE ROLE:
As the Manager, you will lead a small team of specialised analysts to produce research and insights that help connect Australia to the world, playing a pivotal role during a time of heightened global uncertainty by applying economic frameworks, analysis and unique data sets to support the Australian Trade and Investment Commission’s (Austrade’s) strategic decision-making, while also guiding the team to evaluate Austrade’s impact and ensure we continue to deliver strong public value through our work.

Duties Include:

Deliver and oversee a diverse work program with both weekly and long-term projects to final standard.

Leading a strategic program of evaluation work, which supports Austrade to maximise the public value it delivers for Australia.

Leading the delivery of high-quality, compelling and influential economic analysis for the Minister, executive, stakeholders, and industry.

Building trusted networks to work collaboratively across Austrade, partner agencies and a range of external stakeholders.
