The Role:
As the Leader, you will:
- Take on responsibilities as a responsible person.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, supporting their professional growth and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and center policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma or university trained Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF), and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for inspiring and guiding young minds.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
- Child Protection Training (willingness to update
- Child Safety Foundations training
- Food handlers training
