- Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Have experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid advertising platforms.
- Experience using marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital platforms, email marketing, and other relevant media.
- Create, manage, and publish engaging marketing content to strengthen the company's brand presence and generate leads.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, including engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI), and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth.
- Support the development of marketing materials, promotional assets, and company communications.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency of the company's branding across all marketing channels.
We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office.
