About your opportunity:
In this role you will....
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality service, assisting colleagues, Team Leaders, and Managers to deliver efficient recruitment processes and support a positive workplace culture.
Provide administrative support for learning and development activities, including scheduling sessions, preparing training materials, maintaining attendance records, and responding to enquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and workforce data, ensuring compliance with mandatory reporting requirements and supporting the preparation of reports and dashboards.
Support communication and logistics for workforce programs, including preparing emails, booking venues, coordinating calendars, and tracking responses.
