Applications are invited for an experienced ICT Support Officer to join the ICT team at Campbelltown Anglican Schools.
Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council delivers Christian education to more than 1,800 students through St Peter's Anglican Grammar, St Peter's Heart and Broughton Anglican College in the Macarthur region. This position is a full-time ongoing role commencing as soon as possible.
Core Requirements
Applicants for the position of ICT Support Officer must demonstrate at a minimum that they:
- are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Bible-based Evangelical Church
- support the Schools' vision of holistic Christian education
- conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Schools' ethos and Code of Conduct at all times, modelling Christian maturity to the school community
- have demonstrated experience providing ICT support in a customer-focused environment
- have excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of hardware, software and technology-related issues
- have experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and Windows-based devices
- have the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- have knowledge of relevant compliance and cyber security requirements relating to information technology
- hold a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
Core Responsibilities
The ICT Support Officer should:
- provide first-line ICT support to staff, students and families through service desk, phone, email and face-to-face support channels
- troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, account, printing, connectivity and peripheral issues
- deploy, maintain and support staff and student devices across the Schools
- support classrooms, meeting spaces and learning environments by maintaining audio-visual and presentation technologies
- create, modify and manage user accounts and system access permissions
- maintain accurate service desk records, asset registers and technical documentation
- assist staff and students in the effective use of approved ICT systems, devices and applications
- provide technology support for assemblies, events, examinations, meetings and other school activities
- assist with ICT projects, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- contribute positively to the service-focused culture of the ICT team
