We are seeking a reliable, customer‑focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our busy Lottery & Newsagency store in Colac. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a friendly, confident attitude
- Process Tatts lottery transactions with accuracy (training provided)
- Cash handling and EFTPOS
- Stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation
- Assisting with newspapers, magazines, gifts, and general retail
- Following all Tatts compliance and ID‑checking procedures
- Supporting opening and closing routines
Strong Experience Requirement
Priority will be given to applicants with proven Tatts, retail, or newsagency experience. We are seeking staff who can step in with confidence and maintain high operational standards from day one.
