The Personal Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of a busy accounting firm. This role is critical in ensuring the Director’s schedule, communications, and priorities are managed efficiently and professionally. The Personal Assistant acts as a gatekeeper, liaison, and trusted support partner, enabling the Director to focus on strategic leadership, client relationships, and firm growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential financial and client information are essential.
