Part-Time Shop Assistant
Trevallyn Gourmet Bakery is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Shop Assistant to join our team.
This is a permanent part-time position, with regular shifts:
- Tuesday to Friday: 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Saturday: 10:30 am – 4:30 pm
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in
delivering excellent customer service, and can confidently manage the afternoon trade.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
- Food handling, packaging and stocking displays
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming shop
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Completing end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures
- Managing the shop independently for the majority of each shift
About you

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a café, bakery or retail environment is preferred, and barista experience is highly regarded, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
