Responsibilities
Receipt/ analysis, and resolution of incident reports
Monitoring of customer systems
Implementation of changes and configurations
Escalation of complex problems to a senior engineer
Experience and Skils
Good knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies as well as security
Experience in an IT support role is an advantage
Cisco CCNA certificate or comparable knowledge
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Business communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
