We are seeking a new Equipment Service Technician specialising in Dental, to join our growing team full-time. Based in Brisbane, you will be servicing the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast daily with regular service runs to regional areas of QLD and northern NSW.
About Us
We are a small established family run business with a tight knit team all working together to help our customers maintain their equipment running efficiently. Dental Equip was established in 2020 servicing and repairing dental equipment and taking on large format printers in the coming years, supporting print and dental Australia wide.
About the Role
As an Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Independently perform service repairs on dental equipment
- Manage the quality installation and maintenance of the equipment
- Maintain technical competency and adhere to high standards in processes
- Diagnose, service and repair technical problems with the equipment and services
- Over the phone support for customers, when required
- Liaise with customers and office administration
- Use of a job management system to maintain daily schedule
- Stock management of parts in own company vehicle
- Upkeep great report with regular customers
- Queensland and out of state regional service/repair runs
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Experience as a Field Service Technician in CAD/CAM industry.
- Experience in Dental Industry
- Electronic/Electrical experience required
- Sound troubleshooting/maintenance skills
- Current/Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent English speaking
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
