THE ROLE
As our full-time Takanini Store Manager , you'll have the opportunity to build your team, create an epic store culture and lead from the front from day one!
Your key mission is to help customers achieve their health and fitness goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience every single time.
You'll also be actively building your team's capability and engagement. With continuous support from HQ, you'll have the tools and coaching to drive recruitment, training, succession and a strong team culture in your store.
Driven by sales targets and KPIs, you'll challenge yourself and motivate your team to exceed performance goals, while building the Nutrition Warehouse brand and partnerships in your local area. And yes, there are some awesome cash rewards for kicking those goals!

You’ll ideally have:
- Retail leadership experience
- A passion for sales, KPIs and developing high-performing teams

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
