About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple complex software development and enterprise technology projects.
The successful candidate will oversee strategic project delivery, manage technical teams, and ensure the successful execution of high-value ICT initiatives across cloud, web, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent ICT projects
- Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Oversee end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (developers, testers, DevOps)
- Manage enterprise application delivery using .NET and Azure
- Ensure project alignment with business and strategic objectives
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Implement Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Oversee system integration, APIs, and cloud deployments
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in ICT/software environments
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management / technical leadership
- Strong experience in:
- C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC
- SQL Server
- Microsoft Azure
- REST APIs
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple ICT projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience in enterprise or SaaS environments
- Exposure to AI / automation / cloud-native systems
- DevOps / CI-CD pipeline experience
- Power BI or analytics tools experience
- Experience working with distributed teams
