Casual Client Care Coordinator – Join Our Friendly Clinic Team
We’re looking for a Casual Client Care Coordinator/ Medical Receptionist to join our passionate team at Empower Pelvic Clinic, where we provide specialised pelvic floor physiotherapy and compassionate care to our patients.
What we’re offering:
- Casual role (6-month initial term) – 1–2 days per week (with the chance of transitioning to a regular schedule as our clinic needs evolve)
- Flexible hours – minimum of 4 hours per shift (most shifts are 5-7 hours)
- Supportive team – be part of a welcoming and professional environment
- Room to grow – as our clinic expands, there may be opportunities for permanent part-time or full-time positions
What we’re looking for:
- A warm, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- Skills with client communication and motivation- you will be an extension of the clinical team!
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage bookings with ease
- Excellent computer skills including data entry, google docs, google sheets and email
- Previous reception or admin experience (preferred, but not essential - we’ll happily train the right person!)
- Experience with social media and marketing (preferred but not essential)
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting)
