RESTAURANT MANAGER | Asees Indian Restaurant | Wollongong NSW 2500
Asees Indian Restaurant is seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, maintain high customer service standards, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant operations, supervise front-of-house staff, coordinate with kitchen management, handle customer feedback, prepare rosters, monitor stock, control costs, oversee POS/cash handling, and ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, WHS, and workplace standards.
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, customer-focused attitude, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience with Indian cuisine, POS systems, rostering, stock control, or a hospitality qualification will be highly regarded.

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time based on operational requirements
