What you'll be doing
- Leading and inspiring a high performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
- Setting the tone on every shift and creating a positive, energetic venue culture
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing future leaders within your team
- Driving operational excellence across service, product quality, safety, and venue presentation
- Owning the numbers – managing labour, COGS, and overall financial performance (P&L accountability)
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiencies, and maximise venue performance
- Building strong connections within the local community and representing the Yo-Chi brand
