About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Area Manager to lead across our diverse network of stores including Bonds, Bras N Things and Sheridan in ACT.
- You lead and support a network of number of stores, helping teams work towards shared goals including sales, store targets and profitability
- You build strong, inclusive team cultures by coaching, developing and supporting Store Managers and their teams
- You use store performance insights and reporting to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- You support effective cost management in line with budgets and business guidelines
- You spend time in-store, working alongside your teams to understand their needs and provide practical support
- You support consistent visual merchandising and stock management standards across your store network
- You manage your time across stores and planning days to best support your team and business priorities
- You work from our Kew/Pyrmont office one day per week for planning and administrative tasks, with the remaining time spent in-store
