Stan’s Grill is a European BBQ hole-in-the-wall in Spotswood, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable junior/all-rounder to jump into the mix. This isn't just making sandwiches, it’s about being part of a high-energy crew that takes BBQ seriously.
The Role
You’ll be the heartbeat of the daily flow. We need someone who can move fast and stay organised:
- Prep Like a Pro: Slicing fresh veg, prepping our signature sauces, and getting the grill-ready items sorted.
- The Build: Assembling our signature sandwiches with speed and precision.
- The Front Line: Greeting our regulars, taking orders on Square POS, and making sure everyone leaves happy.
- The Grind: Handling opening/closing procedures and keeping the station spotless (we don’t do messy here).
What We’re Looking For
- Availability: Must be available Monday to Saturday (between 6:00 am – 3:30 pm).
- Hustle: You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment before and don't get rattled when a line forms.
- Communication: You’re a clear communicator who can work solo or as part of a tight-knit team.
- Standards: You’re clean, tidy, and understand that food safety isn't optional.
- Personality: You’re energetic, reliable, and actually enjoy the "hospitality" part of the job.
