As our Commercial & Risk Manager, you'll partner with the Executive Leadership Team to provide trusted, commercially focused advice that supports confident decision-making, manages risk, and strengthens governance across ECH.
Your expertise will help drive innovation, sustainable growth, and compliance while contributing to the ongoing success of one of South Australia's leading aged care providers.
You’ll make an impact by
- Providing commercial, legal and risk advice across the organisation
- Leading enterprise risk, governance, privacy and compliance programs
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
- Preparing governance and risk reporting for Executive and Board stakeholders
- Supporting a strong risk-aware culture and continuous improvement mindset across ECH
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws and a current Australian Legal Practising Certificate
- Experience in commercial management, contract negotiation and risk management
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and privacy requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Experience working with executives, committees or boards
- Confidence operating in regulated environments
- A collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience in aged care, health or another highly regulated industry will be highly regarded
